An alternate result that concedes a little more to Germany than in our timeline. Gray remains German, as 'Mark Posen' or the state of Bromberg, whichever you wish to call it. The tan color are those that could go German, or not, depending on the Allies and population exchanges.Related content

It always cracks me up to see German adaptations of Slavic (Polish, Russian, Czech etc.) names. Reminds me of a scene from How I Unleashed World War II when gestapo interrupts a Polish character and they can't understand any of the town names he mentions
