However, Mina goes Darth Maul on them, and the three clash in Third Street School, on top of a school bus and into a candy factory co-owned by the Remingtons and McDucks, and now are fighting on a catwalk over a giant vat of peanut-butter milk chocolate, like the light saber duel on the catwalk in Star Wars Episode 1: The Phamton Menace and Dipper stays behind, seeing that it won't end well for T.J, Anne, and Mina.

Also, if you don't get it, it's a reference to the climactic light saber battle from The Phantom Menace between Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi fighting Darth Maul on a catwalk from the Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace.
