I finally got my inspiration back and drew thisThis was something I kinda getting something like this for reply to my question but the text I got gave me an inspiration.
Story behind this picture is that Moon Writer asked this lamia named Ruby to hypnotize him cause he had never experienced that feeling of being hypnotized cause for what ever reason no one has ever managed to do that to him. Ruby of course replied in kind and asked him to lie down on her coils and look up at her.

Now I'm asking everyone who sees views this picture to comment should Ruby be the first one to be able to hypnotize him or would she also have to admit that he is impossible to hypnotize?

Loyal is walking on a beach when he sees a familiar Lamia sleeping on the sandy shore: Ruby Scales. Remembering what happened last time, and not planning on letting it happen again, he sloooowly and quietly begins sneaking towards and past her, hoping not to wake her.

Even though I used Ruby on the RP bellow, I rather not use someone elses characters in RP. So if you don't mind I rather not RP with Ruby. I'd rather use one of my OC.
When Loyal was sure she had successfully gotten past Ruby, she noticed that Ruby hadn't been the only person in the beach. There was couple foals in the water playing around in it, one couple further back in the beach and closest to her was a youngish, yet mature, looking stallion sunbathing on a large pink towel.
Β Β The stallion had snow white fur and electric blue mane and had blue lightning cutie mark with a light blue snow flake. He had seemingly picked the most quietest spot in the beach. On either directions along the beach there were at least 70 feet before either couples chatting or foals playing noisily.

First of all, knowing Ruby (and I do, kind of), she WOULD be able to hypnotize him. She's got special ways of doing it.

Moon: Huh is someone.. there. . . *Just before he could end that sentence his eyes started flashing with different colors*
Ruby: Do not mind about anything else~ *she purred her own eyes flashing the same way as Moons* Just focus on looking into my eyes just like that~ *She started coiling around Moon as his body became more limper by every second*

Green: She jumps in the air and lands on the snake-like figure. "Oof!"

At this point Moon was completely dazed from Rubys gaze which didn't change even from the shake that Greens jump created on the coils around him. Ruby turned to look at Green her eyes now normal.
Ruby: "So how may I help you~?" She asked pressing both of her elbows against her coils and rested her head against her hooves keeping a close look on Green.

Green looked away, "Stop it..."

"Stop what? I'm not doing anything.. yet~"she said chuckling.

"Grr!" she looks at moon. The back to the snake-like creature. "I will kill you!!!"

"So hostile" she said shying away slightly. "Tell me: Why would you kill me? I have done nothing wrong~" she asked looking directly at Ash.

"I know what you do...." She hisses.

"You do?" she appeared surprised and leaned a bit closer to her. "What is it that I do~?"

Her face turns pink..."Uhh... heh"

"What are those things you think I would do to him~?" she repeated with sweet smile on her face as the end of her long tail brushed against Ashes nose.

She sneezes because of her tail. "Ah ah ACHOO!"
She grows angrier by the second, "Just..... please....let him go" She looks at poor ole moon.

"Hmm.. I don't know~" she said looking at Moon as well.
"I mean he did ask me to do this, you know?" she raised an eyebrow looking at Ash.

Her heart saddens, "N-No way!" Her voice shook.

"Yes way~ He wanted me to do this~" she said with small smirk which was soon placed with sweet smile.Β
"He wanted to feel me coiling around him~"

She winces, still feeling hurt. Was she not good enough? She feels her face get hot and tears run down her cheeks, "Well, I'm so sorry ma'am"

"For what dear~?" she asked still smiling sweetly to her lifting the end of her tail to sweep Ashes tears away with its tip.

"For getting so...angry..." She felt like a foal again, being scolded by a parent.

"Oh it is completely fine, though I might have to admit something," she chuckled a bit glancing towards Moon.
"He only asked me to try and hypnotize him cause he didn't really believe someone could do that to him. At least no one before me," she looked back ears tilting slightly side.
"So uh.. I think I might own you apologize.. if I made you think that something more was going on.."
As she spoke Moon blinked ant the swirling colors from his eyes vanished.

I was thinking both would be hypnotised and Ruby would be sat in the middle using her tail to *tend* to us at the same time, maybe hypnotisingΒ one of us during it and the other has his head bowed, mouth open in mind shattering pleasure. :3
