Simple fanart of Devilman: Crybaby. The only member in Akira's family (that includes the Mikimura's) who survived the longest was Tako the cat. He's brutally killed by messed-up people when he's just a regular black cat, then killed again in the battle though he helped Akira to build his army at the last battle. This takes me back when I watched the original OVA, his counterpart was a pet bunny that Akira took care at school but killed by the gang member at the first episode.Tako (C) Devilman: Crybaby (2018)

Ikr. Even in manga or original OVA, the Mikimura never survived which it's an intention. The cat is only a change but small support for the new reboot.
