When I was younger my hair was pretty thick and unmanageable too. Combined with being too lazy to comb it I usually had hair that would stick up straight and wouldn't stay down no matter how much effort you put into it. Luckily (maybe) my hair is getting more manageable but it's also been getting more wavy/curly so I have to keep it shorter otherwise it starts to make a bad afro. I fear that in a decade or two I'm gonna start looking like Jeremy Clarkson.

I've got this 'Leave In' conditioner that keeps my hair soft, its about the only thing that I've found that works.

Once a month! I think maybe I cut my hair once every 3 or 4 months, so depending on the time of the year it's either really short when I get it cut or a long curly rats nest mess. People tend to take notice whenever I get it cut off since its so drastic, especially if I shave off my beard which I rarely do.

If I have the hair genes if my father or grand father from mothers sight I can say bye to my thick hair.
Both lost them quit early.

I seen a picture of my grandpa's wedding pictures when he was about 18-20 years old and he had pretty much no hair left. Thankfully I've made it past that point with a head that's still completely covered.

I couldn't make the fuzz look very well with it having outlines. I eventually remembered I could do the 'painted' style which really makes her look fluffy. Makes you just want to run her fur through your fingers doesn't it

I gotta keep conditioner in my hair pretty much any time it's not shirt otherwise I start to look like a younger Jeremy Clarkson (top gear)

Same here, if my hair starts to get long I have to leave 'Stay In Conditioner' in it or else it gets terribly frizzy and almost afro like.

My hair has a natural amount of frizz to it, since it's long and has a bit of a curl to it.

I straighten my hair, but it winds up looking wavy when I do that, which I kind of like!!

I use VO5, which is a leave in conditioner that's activated by heat, so it really kicks in when I take my straightening iron to my hair. I need to get about 2 or 3 inches cut off though. All the salons are closed right now!!
