Reposting of commissioned artRaspy still has fond memories of those seemingly carefree days of not so long ago. Just another tomboy out playing a little ball with her friends, basking in the warm summer sun.
And how the boys on the other team would love to tease her, claiming she had "hid" other balls insider her shirt. Followed by her unleashing the ol' bean ball on the hapless batter. She then calmly stepped of the mound, turned her back on the plate, and reached insider her collar to get another ball so the game could continue without undue delay.
Ah, good times, good times....
