Description
I'm into Steven Universe now. I originally used www.dolldivine.com/gemsona-mak… to make them, then drew them myself afterwards.Covellite (Left) and Chalcopyrite (Right) are Gems who have basically known each other their entire lives. They formed seconds apart from each other on Homeworld (Covellite is slightly older) and have pretty much been inseparable since. They love each other in a sisterly way, not romantically.
Covellite is more introverted and focused on her objective while Chalcopyrite (who usually just goes by Chal) is more extroverted and easygoing. They complement each other perfectly, yet they're actually not as different as they seem at first glance.

Try to make their size a little more proportionate to the skull and the rest of the body. It looks a little odd and unnatural for the eyes to be that huge.

I appreciate the feedback, but it's just my personal art style.

Yes, but you do understand that styles can be edited and improved right? I mean, you hardly even have room to draw the nose.

I do understand. But art is subjective; there's no one single way to do things. I'm personally very happy with how this turned out, and that's good enough for me. You don't have to satisfy anyone but yourself.

Yes, but art is also about learning. I'm not saying that you have to change your style completely. You're way better at doing feet than I am and you seem to be very consistent with your anatomy. I'm just saying that you should try to work towards making the eyes fit in more with the way you style the rest of the drawing. You can't just draw something and say, "This is good enough for me." and not try to better improve the way your drawings look. If you can't take criticism than posting art online probably isn't for you. Now, this is not to say that if someone says, "You're art sucks. It's horrible." it's okay because that's not okay and screw them. Also, you can't just ignore any advice people give you on your art. Even if you don't agree with what they're saying you should at least take it into consideration and use their advice.
