I like the composition and the flow of her wings. The background brings the angel out nicely.

This is beautiful. I love how her dress flows into almost a galaxy shape in the lower left. I'm glad to see a bunch of colors in her wings too, instead of just the usual white. And the stars... they're so realistic! My only suggestion would be composition; that there could be a bit more negative space on her left, so she's not looking directly at the "edge" of the painting.
I'm curious to know how you got the stars so natural-looking.

lots of practice... lol actually the stars are made by dipping an old toothbrush in slightly thinned white oil paint, then using a pallete knife to flick it onto the canvas in as controled a fastion as possible.
hence my term, 'star splatter'

How charming
The whole of it is nicely done; if only, I'd change the wings a bit, making them more like the nebulae on the back, as in more sparkling and somewhat more transparent

thank you.
i like the contrast of the wings though, it makes her a seperate presence in the universe, like my other work, star fae, which i felt was too drab.

the etheral effect to this is incredible as is the way you have made it flow. the lack of the stark contrast and stops in the piece is so humbling. amazing work

ItΒ΄s a nice picture. I like the colours and the effect of night but the neck is too long and the proportions of the face donΒ΄t really fit the mouth and the nose should be a little bit more downward.

i took yr comment to heart and spend some time going back and forth from the stock image model and the painting, and i just don't agree with u.
thanks for the in-depth comment though.

I actually agree, seeing as how it is a picture of me. And yes, my neck is that long.

She is, as aforementioned, very pretty. I love the colors (I know I keep saying this but it makes it no less true) and her pose is totally awesome. The position of her hands and arms must've been tough to get just so. Awesome work.
