Fractal made with this old program whose last version is from 2005: Fractal Explorer 2.02 .
The formula used is Karl Geigl 105c; Z = Sin(Fn1(C)/Conj(Z)) in its Julia version.
Applied two filters with GIMP: a very slight bumpmap and the canvas effect.
