I loved the episode where Stan goes all emo (OH WAIT SORRY GOTH) over Wendy... if I recall correctly, that's also the ep where Butter's thinks he has a girlfriend... *snickers* BUTTERS I LOVE YOU By the time I'm done he's gonna have five stamps all for him. XD

Eh... The goth kids were one of the many things that made South park go down hill, in my opinion. They may have had some funny lines, but the goth kids don't even come close to how funny some of the classic characters were. Including Chef, Dr. Mephesto, Mr. Hankey, Big Gay Al, and Pip. (Who was killed off just recently. ><; )
Butters is still pretty funny on occasion, but they use him WAY to much now. =/
Anyways, good job on the stamp regardless.

When that episode was created, there was still an arguable difference between "goth" and "emo". That line has continued to blur since that ep, and that fact is actually addressed in a scene from a later episode "the ungroundable" where the goth kids are indignant when someone calls them emo.
So to answer your question, no, in terms of what he would have labeled himself due to the group he chose to join; however, it could still arguably be yes in terms of behavior and what we have to think of as emo today.

And just to get this off my chest, emos are not neccesarily posuers. Maybe just goths who like tight pants and the colour pink along with black. The style varies widely. ._.
