Description
My new vision of the Penguin other know as Oswald ChesterfieldCobblepot from DC Comics. In his childhood Oswald was
made fun all his life because his long nose and how fat
he is his classmates belittled him. Oswald was sick of being
made fun of ,so he became the Penguin a crime boss who would
make people fear him for that name.
