Description
When Brett first arrived in Toontown he was in awe of everything. The bright colors, the happy atmosphere, the singing all made him feel warm and squeezey inside. That was until he saw an accident. Some jerk driving a truck of overused gags backed up and unloaded on top of an already parked car. Well Brett's cop instincts kicked in and he charged for the driver yelling at him. He was telling the driver that he was a cop and what he did is destruction of property. Jacob kept trying to stop Brett before things went too far. Sadly, it didn't work.
