After a long search to understand more or less how to control the passages through the gates of the Wild Goose Inn, Laurylhee had given in to her curiosity and sense of adventure. But her first attempt did not lead her to where she had planned at all. A world with a technology that is incomprehensible to her, and also plunged into a war that burns all continents. And the first people told her that this world war was the second in less than half a century. Insane. And she also learned that a man named Rayan (Ryan?) had disappeared behind enemy lines. Does his companion of so many adventures have a counterpart in this world? She decided she had to save him, he would have done it for her. She joined the relief mission, and found him in a small village in a province called Normandy. But even if he looked like the Rayan of his memories, it wasn't him. He didn't even recognize her....
