I'm curious how you paint the colors for the trees and other foliage. What brushes do you use, or do you blot the base colors down? I just really love the style of your foliage

Hi there, I did this one all on the iPad with Procreate. I just used the built-in brushes. There's this one called "burnt tree" that just applies it all very easily & quickly. I think brushes with a lot of rough coarse texture do the job very fast because your eyes automatically fill in so much. If you can imply the feeling of layered leaves through 1-2 brush strokes it's all you need as long as it isn't the main focus, yknow? To get a similar effect in Photoshop I use Kyle T Webster's "Rough Dry Fun" which is freely available through CC!
