This is fantastic! The old Victorian look with the design near the base and the clock and sonic hanging from the belt really set an atmosphere. I also really like the sign that wraps over the shoulder. Very, very well done.

Thank you! That's Gallifreyan writing on the underskirt, and you can't see it because I'm stationary, but the circular grommets in the skirt flash blue light like the TARDIS crol spire when I walk.
