Description A commission for - yet more Smash Bros. character ideas. He only requested the first six, but several people have asked me to do Waluigi, so I threw him in for free.

Starfy - A prince from the kingdom of Pufftop. He's eager to prove how strong he is! Like Bayonetta, he's all about juggling opponents with weaker attacks.
Special Move: Powerful Spin - Starfy grabs his friend Moe and swings him around and around, smacking opponents lightly into the air. He won't stop until the spin is complete!
Side Special: Starpedo - Starfy takes his seal form and rushes forward with an ice spike. It knocks opponents behind him, so turn around and do it again!
Up Special: Hop - On the ground, it's a pogo stick! In the air, it's a rocket!
Down Special: Pufftop Barrier - A move taught to Starfy by his sister, Starly. Three little energy balls surround him and protect him from harm.
Final Smash: Kigurumi - Starfy transforms into one of many cuddly monsters (usually a teddy bear). During this time, pressing the B button near and opponent will make a scary face and stun them, while pressing B+side will shoot a majestic food projectile. After 30 seconds, the transformation stops.

Killia - A Dragonewt demon on a quest for vengeance. He's got an incredible appetite, for both food and blood.
Special Move: Exploding Tiger - Charge up, and then rush forward with an ice-powered fist. The longer you hold the B button, the more likely you are to freeze your opponent.
Side Special: Purgatory Palm - Throw out a fiery punch. This can be done up to three times in a row. If all three punches hit, it ends with an explosion.
Up Special: Rising Domination - A powerful uppercut. You won't get much distance on it, but man, is it strong.
Down Special - Tyrant Revelio - Like Little Mac, Killia has a meter called the Revenge Gauge which fills up over the course of battle. Whenever he is hit or killed, Killia's meter increases. When the meter is full, pressing B+down will transform him into his rage-filled Tyrant Revelio form and temporarily give him a great boost in strength. Especially his smash attacks. While in this form, the Revenge Gauge drains, and when it hits zero, he returns to normal. If you press down+B before the Revenge Gauge is full, nothing happens.
Final Smash: Macrocosm - A massive rainbow beam that, once fired, can break pieces of the stage away and make temporary platforms of them.

Infinite - A mysterious masked mercenary, and leader of the Jackal Squad and Eggman Army. His Phantom Ruby gives him strange, interdimensional abilities.
Special Move: Pixel Cloud - A floating blob of digital muck that slowly homes in on the nearest enemy. It can disappear if it doesn't hit them in time, but will stun them if it strikes.
Side Special: Shock Flash - Infinite transforms into a lightning ball that can zip through enemies. He leaves behind an energy circle in the place where he originally stood, which fires a beam across the ground in the direction Infinite was facing when the button was pressed.
Up Special: Phantom Rush - Pause for a split second, then rush in whatever direction the control stick is pressed. Leaves behind an unmoving, floating clone that can damage opponents. Can be done twice in a row.
Down Special: Virtual Block - Raise up a pillar of burning red energy cubes in front of you. Good for defense and offense.
Final Smash: Virtual Zone - It's as if the Virtual Boy lives again! Infinite pulls the stage into his red-tinted digital world and fires off rotating energy columns that can both stun and kill.

Fawful - A mad Beanish mechanic with delusions of grandeur. His power is formidable, but his strange way of speaking makes it difficult for foes to take him seriously.
Special Move: Bean Blast - Fires a ball of energy from the mighty Vacuum Helmet.
Side Special: Bean Bowl - Curl up and roll over your foes!
Up Special: Vacuum Rocket - Use the Vacuum Helmet to rise up into the air. Very...very...slowly.
Down Special: Vacuum Helmet - Send out a grabbing net. If it traps an enemy, damage is added to them and subtracted from Fawful, until they break free.
Grab: Vacuum Chain - The helmet fires its biting teeth on the end of a tube.
Final Smash: Fury - Putting on his silliest dance outfit, Fawful summons his impenetrable pod and hops in. Pink laser balls fire and rotate around the pod for a few moments, until it overheats and Fawful pops out. The move is powerful, but it temporarily burns and stuns Fawful, so be careful!

Grovyle & Celebi - An inseparable pair that seeks to fix the flow of time. They're from the future.
Special Move: Celebi Shot - In a move similar to Rosalina & Luma, Celebi fires off like a rocket. She can move around a bit, but mostly stays in place and will strike opponents who come too close. Pressing B again, or Up-B, returns her to Grovyle's side. If she's knocked off-stage, she stays off until Grovyle dies too.
Side Special: Leaf Blade/Magical Leaf - Grovyle swings a massive plant sword, which can be used multiple times in a row. If Grovyle & Celebi are separated, Celebi will also summon a cloud of sharp leaves to spin around her. Attack in two places at once!
Up Special: Time Rewind - Pause and slowly rewind Grovyle to the place he was a few moments before. Because of this, you can't use it like a normal recovery move. When Grovyle is knocked off the stage, use this move to get him back closer to the stage, and THEN double-jump. If you jump and then use this move, you'll just go back down!
Down Special: Ancient Power - Celebi summons a rock barrier around them. If the two are separated, the rocks appear around her, but not Grovyle.
Final Smash: Time Gears - Freeze time on the stage for 10 seconds. Make them count.

Nate - A young boy who found a mythical Yo-Kai Watch, which lets him communicate with spirits. They're eager to fight alongside him.
Special Move: Fire - Summons Jibanyan to shoot a fireball at enemies. Keeps Jibanyan out and changes Nate's smash attacks until another special move is used.
Side Special: Slap - Summons Tattletell to spin around like crazy in front of you. You can also jump off of her head! Keeps Tattletell out and changes Nate's smash attacks until another special move is used.
Up Special: Whisper Lift - Summons Whisper to pull Nate up into the air. Keeps Whisper out and changes Nate's smash attacks until another special move is used.
Down Special: Spirit Dance - Summons Komasan, who dances to create a circle of will-o-wisps that will stay in place but go after enemies if they get too close. Keeps Komasan out and changes Nate's smash attacks until another special move is used.
After Death: Fuu2 - Nate has a unique mechanic where, when he dies, his own Yo-Kai will join him when he returns to the field. Fuu2 is a tiny bit stronger than the other Yo-Kai, and he'll stay out and change Nate's smash attacks until a special move is used.
Final Smash: Night Claw - Summons Hovernyan, who becomes Darknyan and basically does the exact same thing as Meta Knight.

Waluigi - A mysterious rival to Luigi. No one knows what dark powers he possesses, or if he can draw on the Negative Zone the same way Luigi can.
Special Move: WAH! - Waluigi opens his mouth wide, wails, and shoots out a short-range projectile in the form of a scary purple face. Opponents will be stunned if it hits them.
Side Special: Bomb Racket - Waluigi smacks a Bob-Omb across the field with his tennis racket. It's less powerful and has a smaller radius than the typical Bob-Omb item. Occasionally, Waluigi will accidentally send out an eggplant with a mustache instead of a Bob-Omb.
Up Special: Dark Burst - Waluigi teleports in an explosive blast of dark energy.
Down Special: Whirluigi - Spin around in a tennis racket tornado. Like Luigi's, it can lift off the ground.
Grab: Wall-Luigi Whip! - Waluigi's arm becomes a thorned, black and purple vine that can reach great distances and hurts like heck.
Final Smash: Mad Shadow - Dark energy surrounds the stage as Waluigi lifts into the air and transforms into a massive head. He slowly rotates around in ticks, like a clock, chanting mysterious words as the camera slowly zooms in on him. From his mustache sprout lengthy, thorny vines that damage whoever touches them, and they spread around the stage as time goes on. Opponents must move to avoid the vines, but as the camera zooms in and they gradually move off-screen, this becomes difficult. When Waluigi's head turns completely upside-down, he stops whispering into your ear and lets out a loud "WAAHHHHH!!!" and his dark purple face melts off to reveal a black skull. It collapses, the dark energy subsides in a burst of purple, the vines retract, the camera snaps back, and the stage returns to normal.
You know not what powers you have messed with. Wahhhhhh.....

Wanna see my terrible other ones? XD As you can tell, I have no life whatsoever.

Gotta love how YOU did a better Infinite then Forces did. And I liked how Waluigi was handled too!…Kinda.

Hot damn, this selection is really good! I love the obscure choice of Grovyle+Celebi for a Pokemon, as a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon rep!

These are pretty awesome. Too bad Waluigi will still remain as an Assist Trophy in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, but oh well.

God I love it when Waluigi is portrayed as a multidimensional power-welder, don't you?

Loved your stuff for quite a while, glad I got a account to tell you this!

Yes. XD It's fun to imagine him as some kind of all-powerful creature.

Well thank you so much!

Oh, you're a fan of Yo-Kai Watch? I don't know a thing about it, honestly. XD Just did some research so I could do this drawing.

I saw the series, partially, 'cause it seeming iteresting; but after some episodes it just went too childish -n-
The games seem interesting though, I'd like to give them a try but don't have the console for it atm :/
I just love folklore, and yokai are sooo cool

Yo-Kai, as a concept, are pretty cool. But I've never really been a big fan of Pokemon-type games, so it just flew under my radar.

Oh yes, I remember you aready said so when we spoka about Ni no Kuni, once.
Then what type of games do you prefer? this, I really can't remember, if you already told me ^^''

JNRedmon In reply to 42Ly [2018-02-10 22:16:56 +0000 UTC]

I don't really have specific genres that I like - I'm up for pretty much anything as long as it looks fun. The only real exceptions are sim games and first-person shooters - not a fan of those at all.
What other kind of stuff have you played lately?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

42Ly In reply to JNRedmon [2018-02-22 14:20:47 +0000 UTC]

Sim games I understand, but why not fps? it's because the visual, maybe it's too strange?

Have to say that it's a good period for games, since old consoles have lots of old titles and at a very good price, so friends and I find many games to play with little costs ^^ About gaming, going back of months (because it always takes a lot to me, to finish a game, since I've not much time to devote to it XD), in the last titles I "recently" played here're Rage and Singularity (both fps), FF13-2 (jrpg) and Dragon's dogma (rpg; still playing it atm).

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

JNRedmon In reply to 42Ly [2018-02-26 04:24:20 +0000 UTC]

Well, for me personally, I just always want to see the characters the player character. I could get into a third-person shooter, perhaps, but not a full FPS. I just can't immerse myself in the action if I can't see who I'm controlling.

Indeed, indeed.
I don't have much time for games either. XD
Haven't played any of the recent FF games - lack of a PlayStation. XD Love the old ones and really want to play Dissidia though.
Don't know much about Dragon's Dogma!

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

42Ly In reply to JNRedmon [2018-02-28 20:20:56 +0000 UTC]

So, you wouldn't play also a game like Mirror's Edge? (you run on buildings and do parkour, in first-person view)

Why Dissidia? because there're all the main characters of the series?
Dragon's Dogma is a rpg where you create your character and go around with a team from 1 to 4 elements (max 3 pawns), doing stuff like kill monster, take minerals and plants, do missions discover things, talk to bpeople..nothing really new, but I like it a lot! the combat is fluid, the fights with monsters can be pretty awesome, the map is big and almost all open, NPCs go around it and do stuff like as if they're alive (more or less). The main story is done doing missions, so you don't really know when what you do cause a progression in the story or it's a secondary quest. Also, there's a lot to walk (but I like it).
I'm stuck on an island atm, which is a separate dungeon, pretty tough too, where I probably should not supposed to be at this point of the story; but it's too fun to leave XD

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

JNRedmon In reply to 42Ly [2018-03-24 03:42:52 +0000 UTC]

I probably wouldn't, no.

I love fighting games, and a 3D Super Smash Bros. style game with the characters from the whole Final Fantasy series? That's just awesome.

Just googled the game; it looks interesting! Not sure if it's my type of thing, but it seems fun enough and has some epic enemy design.

42Ly In reply to JNRedmon [2018-03-25 14:17:10 +0000 UTC]

Well, I can understand you for this, jumping is not exactly easy in that game XD

Oh yes, that's certantly awesome.Β Β

I like a lo the combat, and in it the fact that you can jump and climb big enemies; it's something that you don't see so often, and pretty interesting too.

Where did you get those moves for Waluigi? What titles did they originate from?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

JNRedmon In reply to Gynandromorph [2018-01-20 20:24:41 +0000 UTC]

Well, some of them are from the sports games - Whirluigi, the thorny vine whip, the teleport. But since Waluigi is sort of a blank slate, I mostly just had fun with it, and came up with the idea to portray him as this character with mysterious dark powers that no one knows the full extent of. For all you know, he's the Nintendo equivalent of the devil. XD
