Seriously. Space Dandy has some great girls! XD I'm surprised no one did this thing before!
Anyways, A little backstory is in order:
QT Is a Vacuum Robot, and, shown in the recent episodes, has a major OCD case for cleaning this up. So, I guess she's tickle cleaning her? 
By the way, for the uncultured anime fans out there, the girl's names are Honey, Adelie (like the penguin), and Scarlet.

This is pretty amazing, and after finally watching Space Dandy for the first time yesterday (and LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT) it makes it all the better. I finally recognize these characters, yay! And I'm loving their predicament a well, though I have to ask. Why is Adelie crying?
