A scenario i've been longing to see in a Zelda game, i've always wondered why Navi decided to leave Link at the end of Ocarina of time, i've always wondered if Link ever found her again. I wish to believe he did find his lost friend after he got back from Termina.
Having grown since then he now preferably wields the Great Fairy's Sword confidently in one hand.

Yeah It would be great to get a continuation after Majoras Mask, to see Link actually succeed in his very personal goal

according to the creators Navi left link in OoT because she was in love with him but also very aware he'd never reciprocate and also according to the creators the whole point of link in Termina was the Link was trying to find Navi
and I agree I'd like to see them reuniting too

I haven't heard that actually, just that they were really really good firends, I always thought she left because she had to go back to the Deku Tree, since it was her duty.^^ I really want a sequel to Majoras Mask next.

Nice concept! Maybe Nintendo will include it in an eventual Nintendo 3DS version of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D!

Yeah...I mean the whole reason Majoro's Mask happened was because he was looking for Navi...so why didn't they ever wrap that up? They really should have!

Navi left at the end, because he was not a kokiri. However, I do like to think that she relized that now the forest was safe, so she could return to him. And that she did.

Ah, yes. She might have promised the Great Deku Tree to return after guiding Link through his Journey.
But i wonder if the Deku Tree were still alive at the end of Ocarina of Time. I know Link was sent back to a time before he had met Zelda, but it probably weren't as far back as to before the Deku Tree were cursed. hmm^^

I think Zelda was kind enough to heal him, so that Link could share his feelings with the only parent figure he knew. After all, even as adlts, he was still only a little kid inside, and so was Zeda. Seeing on how she grew up as someone else. "Princess Zelda's mind" was put to sleep when she was Sheik.

Still, even with the Deku Tree alive Link wouldn't be able to stay in the forest. Being a sort of outcast, not known for any of the Heroic deeds he actually went throught ;-;
Navi could always be his companion once again, if the Deku Tree alowed it. Maybe Link actually were heading towards the Deku Tree at the beginning of Majoras Mask. Hmm^-^
I wonder how the Grown up Zelda left in the other timeline managed to rebuild the kingdom, not knowing much of ruling one. Now that you mention it

^^ He did spend very much time with Navi, she might be the closest thing to what Link can call, a family.
