Old characters that I had made along time ago. I redrew them again, sense I had improved in my drawing skills sense then.

ECO stands for Evil Cartoon Organization. I was in elementary at the time, so try and blame me

Basically, they are opposed to the Peace Corps, another group that tries to defend America's way.

After a huge world war, the ECO was formed to retake America, so that they could make it better than the previous one.

      -The organization is lead by 3 commanders, with Commander H. "Rage" being one of them.

      -General Reed "Massacre" and Vice Commander Byron, are both of Rage's secondhand men.

    -Lynchester the Clown is the mercenary/assassin for hire, who is their for the pay, but mainly his own self interests.

    -Mr. Shorty, and twins, Ghost & Shade, are special operatives that help secure key objectives for the organization.

I plan to draw the whole team eventually, as well as improve more in faces, which is why these guys are wearing masks, or have weird shaped faces. I cannot draw faces to save my life...
