So I got myself into the habit of drawing robot masters, and decided to do Flash Man next.

I decided instead of drawing Flash Man simply throwing a pose, why not also encorporate his Time Stopper weapon?

This actually proved difficult at first. I mean, how do you draw frozen time? It honestly would just look like a regular drawing.

So I decided to reference tv shows and comic/manga books where characters would stop time, and noticed that some of them make this wierd static effect, like the characters were lagging from a bad internet connection or something like that.

I tried my best to replicate that in this piece, and well, special effects with pencil is hard enough, but I've never drawn frozen time before!

I feel like I did a decent job. Besides, the diamond flashes around the place basically indicate Flashes Time Stopper ability, so I got that to also help with the effect
