I am amazed by the amount of texture that you put in this piece. The apples are so smooth, the leaves have their sharp edges and veins, and the background looks almost like stone.

Beautiful job here. I really am impressed with the textures you created here, specifically the dryness of of the leaves, and the smooth surface of the apples. Some of those leaves are really outstanding in how you painted them, and the contrast in the colours is just perfect.
