Wow, this is really good! Your drawing skill has come a long way. My only criticisms regard anatomy. Firstly, he seems to have a bit of a bump on his head. The top of the head should be round but more even. Secondly, his left eye seems a bit too far left (our right). Particularly, looking at the original reference one can see that the corner of the eyes are more in line with the bridge of his nose. Also the top of the left eye should perhaps be more flat/horizontal; similar to the right eye. (Maybe I'm just nit-picking at details though.)

I must say this piece shows a lot of improvement in terms of realism. Well done .
