Card Text:
While you control "Speed World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack directly. Once per turn (Quick Effect): Discard 1 Trap Card from your Hand, then spend 2 Speed Counter; This effect becomes that Trap's effect when that card is activated. If this card is Normal Summoned: Add 1 "And Away They Go!" from your Deck to your Hand. If a "Wacky" monster you control causes you to discard a Trap Card: Gain 1 Speed Counter.
