Card Text:
While you control "Speed World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack directly. Once per turn (Quick Effect): Discard 1 Trap Card from your Hand, then spend 2 Speed Counter; This effect becomes that Trap's effect when that card is activated. If this card leaves the field: Spend any number of Speed Counters; Shuffle the same number of cards from your GY into your Deck, then draw that many cards divided by 2.
