Card Text:
While you control "Speed World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack directly. Once per turn (Quick Effect): Discard 1 Trap Card from your Hand, then spend 2 Speed Counter; This effect becomes that Trap's effect when that card is activated. "Speed World" cards you control are unaffected by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): Spend 4 Speed Counters; Negate the activation, and if you do that, destroy that card.
