Card Text:
While you control "Speed World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack directly. Once per turn (Quick Effect): Discard 1 Trap Card from your Hand, then spend 2 Speed Counter; This effect becomes that Trap's effect when that card is activated. Once per turn: Special Summon 1 "Wacky" monster from your GY. If a "Wacky" monster enters the GY: Gain 1 Speed Counter.
