Card Text:
While you control "Speed World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack directly. Once per turn (Quick Effect): Discard 1 Trap Card from your Hand, then spend 2 Speed Counter; This effect becomes that Trap's effect when that card is activated. Once per turn: Reveal 3 Trap Cards with different names from your Deck, your opponent randomly picks 1 for you to add to your Hand, also shuffle the rest into your Deck.
