ORIENTATION: Pan-Romantic
AFFILIATION:

- North Western Railway (1914-1934)
- Independent (1934-1943)
BASIS: GER Class G15 0-4-0T
EYE COLOUR: Orange
YEAR BUILT: 1883
YEAR ARRIVED: 1885

One of the original trio of Tram Engines purchased from the Great Eastern Railway, Delmar is an engine seeking redemption. The eldest of the three brothers, Delmar was quite notorious back on his old line for being… unlucky, and often was prone to having his attempts to avoid trouble blow up in his face. Gullible and noticeably less intelligent than the likes of Pete or Everett, Delmar meanders along the Tramway with the Goods like it’s no one else’s business - simply because it’s the only thing they can trust him to handle. Ever since he left the Mainland, he’s been seeking a chance to redeem him for his past failures, and Sodor seems to have given him that chance… even if his condition hasn’t exactly improved.

And here is the third and last profile for the original Great Waterton Tramway, Delmar! Truth be told, there isn't much else to say about him, as the original tram engines of the line are very much a foot-note in SIR. He and his brothers evaded withdrawal in the 30s by going on the run, and Delmar was scrapped in the 40s after being caught up in a fire.
