The pattern is "The Eleven Doctors", part of the Pixel People series by Wee Little Stitches. The pattern can be found here: [link] I made a few minor modifications, obviously in the placement, and in the color of 10's shoes.

The quote is from Matt Smith's debut episode, "The Eleventh Hour", in response to a statement from new companion Amy Pond (Karen Gillian) [link] The font used was alphabets number 83 and 55 from Kooler Design Studio Item 3688: 365 Alphabets – Cross-stitch all through the Year (awesome book! but out of print – get a used copy if you can find one!) [link]

I stitched it on a blue T-shirt using 14-count waste canvas.
