A Black-capped chickadee during a snow fall in a cold Winter day. They are not migrating and I am always worried they won't go through our long Winters.

Ce sont de courageux petits oiseaux. Ils doivent lutter contre le froid pendant 5 mois.

Dear Jocelyne, spending a happy hour browsing through the weeks submissions. I have enjoyed all of your images, lovely to see colourful flowers. Looking forward to seasonal change, generally speaking it has been a mild winter. However we have to get through March yet, so fingers crossed winter is almost over.

AccuWeather is predicting a late Spring and there is a warning of extreme cold for the next days. It is so cold, it hurts. People are getting tired and me either.

Thank you so much Jozz I am so honored. This is an amazing and so cute photo. Reminds me of a recent photo I took of a pine siskin had white stuff on it's head just like this xD I guess I can guess it was snow now. The yellow is so vivid on this I haven't seen any so colorful like this so far. They are so hard to photograph as they are constantly hopping. Love these little cuties though.
