I woke up really late this morning (for me), and it threw me into a bit of a fog all day long. Despite having the best of intentions to get a lot done on pages, a lot of hours were spent staring at a blank page in Photoshop. Somehow, I managed to doodle this though.I finished Pokemon Omega Ruby the other day, which perhaps partly inspired this. But I also stumbled upon this adorable fancomic about the male protagonist being in a relationship with a Magma Grunt shortly after waking up. For some reason, it just kinda stuck out in my head all day. I'm annoyed I couldn't make much progress on MY comic, but this was at least cute and fun to do.
And hey, Maria and Chanel (and others) have been absent for entirely too long recently. They'll all be back soon, but it was fun drawing them again before then.

the current cannonish ships are Ky x Drew (confused pair?) Gavin x Ana, Rainily, MarNel, and Fara x Vincent, so you might have to hope for that in an April extra....

Hmm, I wonder if this means that Maria will be giving Nelly her Tepig ... seems appropriate (lol, after seeing this, I had to look up the link, just to see which Pokemon Lynn had drawn for Maria ... I was hoping it would turn out to be a water type, but seeing as Tepig is Fire type, I guess she could lend Tepig to Nelly for a while, for Nelly to look after).

Hmm, now that's got me thinking, which Pokemon would Nelly have, that would breed with Tepig. Looking through the a list of egg groups, I came across 3 I think might be Pokemon Nelly might train; Flareon , Teddiursa and Braixen (Chanel, to me, seems like someone who would want a Pokemon that is both cute and tough, though that's just how I see her). Plus, imaging that moment between Nelly and Maria, seems like a pretty cute moment ^_^.

I could see Chanel liking a lot of Ghost and Dark types, honestly. Β I'm not savvy enough with egg groups to make strict connections (I do all my Pokemon breeding with Ditto after all), but I figure she'd probably be into things like the Umbreon, Absol, and the Litwick family. Β Maybe the Gothita family. Β
Perhaps she also has a secret soft spot for Jigglypuff too though...
