Description
So, I'm trying to work out a cover design for Volume 4. I think Chapter 24's convention setting is probably the best choice for that. It's fun. It pops. And despite my prior thoughts that I might stop doing "selfie covers" from here on, it opens up the opportunity for a unique sort not yet seen on the others. That being, a selfie with someone else. Or other characters in general.

The focal point is of course Rain and Emily in the foreground. But being a crowded convention, I figured other characters in the background might not be a bad idea. The actual cover, I imagine, could have a lot of random folks (shoutouts to other works perhaps?), but I decided to include Aiken, Kellen, and a Kaminari cosplayer in particular for relevance sake. Even though their role is minuscule, I'm also considering Drew, Rob, and Randy, if perhaps obscured or with their backs turned.

For the sake of avoiding spoilers for the very select handful of people who don't read the comic online, I also chose Chapter 24's setting as it is pre-haircut (it's SO weird drawing her like that now). Likewise, I have Emily holding a certain fancomic she takes interest in over her belly for potential readers just seeing the book covers before reading the comic at all.

Anyway, this is again just a very rough idea and is definitely subject to change (even if it more or less takes this design, I'll probably redraw it to look nicer as it is the cover). But I thought I'd post it, to see if anyone had any input, good or bad. So let me know what you think.
