Most Transformers fans don't care for the new Star Wars Transformers figures, I know, but they do have their uses...at least for creative types like us.

Good suggestions, Dishdude. Actually I still have to finish the inks on that Boba Fett/Devcon matchup (that got sidetracked by another project, but I dragged it out a few days ago in my fresh stack of "To Do" things), and I've got pencils for a Sentinel Maximus/Obi-Wan team-up against a whole mess of Clone Troopers and Sharkticons. And since getting my Classics Optimus figure, I've been flirting with something that involves him using Fallback's Energon axe (from last year's Botcon US boxed set) since it fits neatly in his hand...maybe pit him up against Palpatine.

Actually, I'm still working on the pencils for a Boba Fett/Devcon face-off, and I'm trying to work out something that has Luke Skywalker and a proper Transformer surrounded by Clone Troopers and Sharkticons...but I can't decide whether to use RID Optimus or Sentinel Maximus (I kinda want to group RID Optimus with Magnus and Han and Chewie for a combiner team-up).
I'd also like to stick with Transformers characters who appear in the convention/collector-club comics since the 'multiverse' aspect of crossing through various realities is perfect for accommodating the SW TFs.

Ive got Vader, he isnt bad, not great, but not bad, Ive also got vector prime... he needs the japanese paint job stat, and some replacement parts for all the jelly plastic....

Actually, I just saw those Transformers the other day for the first time, and I thought it was the greatest merchandising merger since LEGO Star Wars. And certainly better than "Darth Tater," whose WTF HAHA novelty wears off rather quickly; these actually make some sort of sense when you think about them.
But enough digression. Nice work!
