Get universal theme patcher, patch the files, then put theme files in windows/resources/themes

So why does this theme make the text is some windows very tiny and it only makes everything grey, there isn't one hint of blue any where.

I like the theme, but I hate that color blue. I like more of a lighter blue like the color of that clock orb on that clock/calendar window in the bottom right. Awesome job though
