My first piece of advice is post pieces that are a reasonable size, it's hard to get a good appreciation for work you can't view without scrolling. Secondly, crop out things that don't belong in the photo (ie: anything not the actual artwork.)
Regard the drawing: It's a fine drawing, realism takes practice but you're well on your way. The Background/Negative Space cause me concern though. It completely overwhelms the subject of the drawing. Negative space should serve to complement the drawing, not kill it. My eye is so distracted by that rainbow of color I hardly look at the figure...

Yeah, shade can be a pain in the ass sometimes, but keep shading and you'll get efficient at it and won't struggle so much.
Looks like the one from the X-Men that they play today when they younger. Cool (I haven't watched the X-Men in years). I like your detailing with the shiny suit, but... She looks like she has a chest of a man (unless you like it better when she has a man chest). If you tried to do a female chest, I advice that kind of take it easy on the length of her chest and all.
Her eyes are also going funny directions. One eye is looking somewhere different than the other eye.
The backround glow seems okay of the color combo you used. God choice of where to use the colors. Yellow, then lime green, to pin green, and it goes on.
