Well, since you wanted an advanced critique...
1. Cutting the thing that she is sitting on makes the composition a bit unbalanced.
2. Her left ear is higher that the right one, and overall there is no symmetry in her face.
3. Her right elbow looks a bit uncorrect. It's either too high or it's just the line in the middle is wrong.
4. The yellow edge is too bold I think. It would look better if you would make it fade to the backround.
5. The background itself is coloured in random directions that makes it a bit messy.
I'm not saying that the picture is bad though. It has an idea and the stylization is good. Just keep practising.

I like the overall concept, but I feel like the background doesn't fit the mood. The colors are perfect, but the strokes keep her plain, whereas I feel as if she comes across really ethereal.
Other wise great!

Well, I think you could do, maybe swirls, or some arbitrary pattern, because she is a witch. And add some sort of magical effect. Also: her glow is slightly, over-dramatic, try blending the yellow with the blue and the greys.

The design of this picture is very unique.
Her face seems a bit masculine and the cat doesn't fit in with the picture.
Though, overall great picture.

Here is my critique copied from the forum:
There is a really nice quality to this drawing. It comes from your use of line and shape. The witch's feet, for example end in elongated diamond shapes, which flow with the other curves and lines in the drawing. Your tidy pencil strokes create direction in the picture, following the vertical long tail of the witch's wings on the right and following the diagonal line of the broomstick.
You create some depth in the background by varying the intensity of the background colour. You use white and yellow to contrast with the dark night sky. But overall this composition is flat. While I think you should keep going with this style, because your sense of line and shape is so good, but the next direction for you would be to think about adding two more elements to your drawings: light and volume.
The best way to get into light and volume is to draw still life. Place a lamp over a favourite object in your room and try to show how the light is revealing its form (volume or 3-Dness). Doing several drawings of this type will train you eye to look for texture as well such as fur, fabric, wood.
Your concept of 'witch' seems very original to me. You seem to enjoy drawing figures and have a nice feel for natural proportions. I was happy to see some real women (not stick thin like models)in your gallery. You're fine at faces with a reference, but the face of this witch could be improved if the eyes were fell in the exact centre of the face.
I like your attitude toward learning and improving. It will help you to do just that.

Wow, I've never seen a style quite like this. I do like the glow effect. The pose looks almost Byzantine. [link]
WHat I think could be done to improve this picture and all your art skills is, study facial anatomy carefully and aim for symmetry. A good way to check if the anatomy is right, is too look at it in a mirror. Seeing it in reverse makes it easier to spot flaws.
However the legs are done right, and to a very spoky effect.

Flyin' Witch! She's a glowing satanic shape-shifting, cat-loving demon! Aaaa! I love how her feet and her wings and her hands trail off towards the ground in sinuous tendril forms. Such a cute lil' kitty I want to pet it but it might bite me and poison my blood. What is coming from her forehead?? is it a leech? a tapeworm?? Eww! Keep up the sketches you're very talented and you will fly someday too!

thanks the forehead is a silver bang the kitty might hurt ya but shees been gettin lots better--based on my moms cat last year woulsd hiss me out of my room or try now in last week shees barely nicked me 2x or so nuthin major before i had ta hold her with a blanket keepin her back paws--ones with claws-- contained so only her teeth would be issue

Hmm. I definitely think you should stay with art. The more you practice the better you'll become. Have you ever tried marker? I haven't tried yet, but I hear markers do wonders. I think markers would be great for your stuff.
