face is too pale and elongated, also lacks detail and color. the uniform top is twisted/pulled to the side as the point in bottom does not match up with her butt crack, which is a bit too long and oddly curved to the side. like people said, dont draw all the hair, block it and use curving shadows and highlights to give it flow. also, separate it at the bittom and don't just cut it off in a straight line.

as everyone else said, the face needs work. And the hair too.Dont try to draw individual strands of hair, try blocking it in. And the arms could grow a lil.
the uniform and coloring, however, is nice.

fer face i know strands usially i do mot then strand-in if i feel like it arms i know just they looked wierder longer

Use a guideline to the face, it is messed up. The outfit streak is asymmetrical, the hair is poorly rendered, the arms look like rubber and I think the upper arm is much longer than the lower one. I don't know what you were going for with the shading on the hands and wrists, but it didn't work.

Triangle, is it supposed to be a straight-line or more decorative? And ganbatte is a Japanese word that means "Keep your chin up" more or less.

It's got some potential, but there are some problems with this one. First off, her face doesn't look right. It's flattened and you don't really see much of her facial features. You also have to work on your proportions and anatomy a little bit. Otherwise, this isn't too bad.

What I would suggest is using guidelines when drawing the face. It also helps to observe certain objects around you.

Get How to Draw Manga. I don't draw anime, but this book has the basics on drawing. It's really useful.

Doing fanart is always hard. For one thing, you have to make the characters look accurate. Second, you get accused of doing this stuff for the sake of popularity. This is why I prefer drawing my own stuff.

That's right! Artists older than us were revered for their original work, but some also did a bit of 'fanart' of their own (Catholicism for instance), commissioned by churches. I can't do commissions because I don't know how to collect the money that'll probably be sent to me.

paypal need a bank account or can send it to you you put it into a bank right away incase somethin happens were bad cheak an you need ta pay them back fast( scamers put muney into a bank account then when bank has issues pay all at once should be little issues--dont ask) or subscriptions here youd benefit from it
