Maybe she doesn't think it can be improved, maybe she doesn't feel experienced enough to comment because it's not a medium she ever works with. There are many reasons why people might only tell you that something is wonderful, or looks good or that they simply like what you've done.
By checking the 'Advanced Critique Encouraged' you are not insisting that only Advanced Critique is required, you are merely asserting that if possible you would like people to be thorough with their commentary.
In future, I think it would be advisable to do two things:
1. Ensure that you make perfectly clear in your deviation description that you are only looking for thorough and insightful critique. That way people can't (unless they don't read the description), avoid the point.
Remember, it doesn't matter how many times you point people in the direction of your signature (which, and excuse me for saying so as English may not be your first language), doesn't read very easily or initially make a lot of sense to be honest, if you've only just posted a deviation they will have never seen your signature and therefore will be unaware of your feelings towards brief commentary.
2. I realize that you are looking to improve, and that's an admirable quality... however, bawling people out for simply liking your work is not the way to make friends around here. As I stated before, for the same reasons, some people might not feel that they are able to make a deep and insightful comment towards your deviations.
Accept the compliment with grace and move on. You don't even have to say thank you if you don't want to. Remember that at very least, someone has taken the time to view and comment, albeit briefly and in a positive manner, on your deviations.

my understanding is having it set makes it more likely people will but it seems all i ever get thesedays is "looks good" types thus my sig
oh fyi i GREW UP WITH THIS BULL LANGUAGE it makes little sence at times spanish an german are easyier to understand but im not good enough at eighter of those to use them full time

I object to your tone with deviants who are being complimentary, yes.
Tell you what, I'll write out for you what I think should be posted as a suffix on your deviations if you want advanced critique ONLY. I'll even correct your signature for you if you like to make sure that most people will understand what you require. However, this will not guarantee that people will not simply wite 'Looks good'. In those instances, in the interest of politeness it would be nice if you said something along the lines of "Thanks for that, could you offer me any more in depth critique please?" or even simply ignore the comments unless they contain your desired level of criticism. "Some comment huh? (ref sig) but thanks anywho i try" or other comments with a 'whatever' attitude will merely serve to alienate and offend people who have simply wished to compliment you on your work, probably for the reasons I gave in my initial post. I see no flaws in my logic there. Adopting a flippant or derogatory posture when someone compliments you, irrespective of your signature or requirements is downright rude. There are ways to further dialogue with people who have complimented you as I have suggested above and, I think you'll find that most people will be more than happy to comply if they are asked directly.

I'm sorry I didn't reply soon enough. My comment box was practically booming! Music usually reflects how I feel too, and sometimes, when I'm depressed, I try to avoid listening to certain sad music I like because I'm afraid of feeling worse.

Thanks. It's mostly from the same people from multiple pictures, journals, and continuations of comment conversations though. I'd really be doing cartwheels if they were from multiple users on my pictures.
