Lightfoot is a speedster. For somebody who isn't all that interested in speedsters, I seem to draw a lot of them. This design was fun because one of the design parameters was, "no lightning bolts". It's a bit of a challenge, because lightning is such a common design element in speedsters, so instead of lightning, I went with sweeping curves, speed lines, if you will.
I added the bracers, as part of his navigation system and health monitor, like heart rate and other stuff an accelerated metabolism might need.
