Awww, you know, Joe is a very cute kid... Saw the whole anime series and my feels are very hurt yet satisfied. This was actually a very powerful story and Joe is a very iconic character.

I love this. He really does have a soft face, in contrast to being a boxer.
This has been on my to watch/to read list for some time. and i just started watching it yesterday. i like it. so far the little girl in the red jumper with the crush on him is my favorite character. aside from joe himself, of course.
Watch/Read as many of the old mangas/animes you can find! dont let stuff like Ashita No Joe fall out of memory! Since your artwork pretty much pushed me off my butt to get this started, i want to recommend MY favorite old anime series. "Mirai Shounen Konan" (Future Boy Conan) from the 70's. Miyazaki Hayao (studio ghibli) was the director, which pretty much assures its awesomeness. WATCH IT PLEASE.

というかソフト個々のちがいがよくわからないので、
ペンタブに付いてきたのを使っているんです＾＾；

フォトショでこの塗り…！
SAIは有料です。とっても便利！というから購入してみたら使いにくくて
（ＰＣの問題なのか、重すぎて）全く使っていませんorz
私もフォトショです。家にあった5.5を使ってます；；古いせいか軽いです。
ペンタブについていたソフトも使ってみようと思いつつ 放置…してます…＾＾；

今はバージョンはCSだったと思います。
photoshopでの直線の引き方は、ツール一覧みたいなやつの（ブラシとかケシゴムとか投げ縄とかも一緒にあるやつ）ペンツールのところをドラッグすると直線ツールに変更が出来ます。（5.5は）
多分6.0でも一緒だと思います。
私も最初分からなくて、四角で選択範囲が指定できるやつで必死で直線を引いてました…

不透明度50パーセントにしてガサガサしたペンで塗るだけです＾＾；
わたしは厚塗りできる人がすごすぎると思います…

厚塗りは…お絵かき掲示板だったらそれっぽいのは出来るんですが、
フォトショでのやり方はわかりません；；
（お絵かき掲示板だと水彩で重ねていくとそれっぽく見えるので）
コツさえ掴めば簡単！と厚塗りできる人に言われたけど、コツって何…状態です。
直線引き方合っててよかった…！
バージョン違いでやり方違ったらどうしようかと；；
