Description
A birthday gift for my friend Umbramatic featuring his character, the Ghost Lord of Spectra, and another character that belonged to one of our mutual friends. Both were featured in the Pokémon Conquest-inspired arc of the forum roleplay We Are All Pokémon Trainers. The Ghost Lord is the Lord of the Ranseian state of Spectra and a former priest of Giratina. Find out more about him here . Lucanus, meanwhile, later became the warlord of Pugilis. I depicted him in this picture in 15th Century European garb; the WAAPT Conquest Arc was set in the 1400s, and had interpreted Lucanus as a Kalosian, thus his involvement is an alternate history scenario unique to the RP. Here, he has a private audience with the Ghost Lord, possibly talking about the affairs of state.
The best and most tiring part was creating the environment. I had to look at a bunch of Japanese castles to see what their audience chambers are like.
