Yes it is. All these characters are based on characters that already exist.
Captain Hero= Superman
Ling Ling= Pikachu
Wooldoor= Spongebob Squarepants
Toot= Betty Boop
Foxxy= One of the characters from Josie and the Pussycats ((can't recall the name cause I've never watched it)).
Clara= Ariel from Little Mermaid ((Disney Princess))
Zandir= Link from the Adventures of Zelda
Spanky= A ripoff of some online character..not sure which though..
But there ya have it. ^_^

Somebody did a pic and claimed it's from a feature film of Drawn Together coming out this April, in which it goes beyond X. Foxy stabs Xandir with his sword. Clara's corpse is gutted and nailed to a wall, and outrages are commited on it. Ling-Ling seems to be dead or out cold or something.... Please tell it's not true !...
