"I looked over all I had done, the world I so treasured burned before me, I felt little regret. What are they to say now? of the great fire lord?"I think this counts as fanart. This is essentially what I wish my character in World of Warcraft could be. They don't have a fire based death-knight class though. So this is my artistic representation of my WoW character, Surt. This is more the persona, what I play him as. It was a lot of fun to get away from sci-fi for a while.
He is based on viking mythology. Although he is supposed to be the king of the giants and the fire realm in the myths, I played with the myth a little for the persona. Anyways thats enough blabbing.

Well, considering that some of your stuff isn't far from the medieval style, I'd hardly call it "getting away." Indeed, before I read the description, I thought it was another magma legion incarnation (you cannot deny that it would fit right in)...
As for the picture, there's very little to say other than it's simply awesome.

yeah I do a lot of fully armored folks with bladed weapons, lol. Ive always enjoyed mixing sci-fi and fantasy. I feel that magic and science will be indiscernible once we get to a certain level of technology.
Your right it really could be part of the magma legion. This character is what inspired them after all.
I'm probably going to do some more fantasy. Or just medieval in general.
