Stunning cap. How common are these beasts anyway in Norway? A somewhat rare bird to be seen in Finland...

Thank you. They're quite common in Norway. The birds in Scotland and Ireland were born there. We probably saw 20+ adults in a small number of fjords.

Thank you. The fading light made this one really tough. Add in the extra movement of the boat wtih increased sea activity and there was a certain amount of luck!
