I envy your lense..lol
I have a 100-400 lense, but it loses definition when I max it out. Then doubled with high ISO speeds no chance.
Will just have to get my little footsies closer...
Great shots....

The 500 F4 does rock But to be honest, I've gotten awesome stuff at this site with the 100-400, including one of my best ever.

The lens I have is pretty good for what it cost. I am just starting to get used to the lense now. Over the last few days.

The 100-400 is what I call a "keeper". It's a cracking lens. Long enough and light enough to get great birds in flight shots while hand holding, thanks to the IS.

How long have you been using a camera now?
I have only been using a camera for about 8 months. I still have a lot to learn on the technical side of things...

I bought my first DSLR in mid 2005. THere's a learning curvce to understand how the camera captures light. Composition is a matter of learning and taste. The learning never stops.
