Besides dude, Star Wars grows out of its fan community. The artists, the pod casters, the fan fic writers, the fanfilms, the cosplayers. We're the ones who expand the universe between movies and episodes and novels and comics, who add to the universe where the official stories don't go. And your long projects, the Siren of Dathomir, both the comic and the motion comic, are two big prime examples of recent work in that regard. Beyond that you bring others into it, the contests, the commissions, every thing you do has some impact on this fandom even if you can't quite see it. And I for one am really really glad to be following you and seeing all this happen as it goes. It's this sorta thing that makes Star Wars unlike any other fandom in the world, not even Star Trek, my other mistress, has such a rich and diverse and sheerly creative Fan process as Star Wars. There are artists, there are writers, but they don't come together as often, they don't make as much of a community project out of it as Star Wars, as You, do.
