the right hand is kinda funny lookin, but i like it!

The hair is done quite well, though the hands are questionable. Some areas, such as the feet and abdomen feel a little quirky, but overall it's good.

While i like this picture i dont feel that it ranks in my favorites and here is why:
~The colour choice is a nice contrast, that you have all the lighter colours up front sets things apart.
~The omnipresant lighting around the girl due to the strips is interesting
~Unfortunately it feels like you took the background and just slapped the girl, water, and prayer strips on top of it. This makes it slightly distorted for me.
