This is a sketch of another character of mine, Franklin North. He is a recurring character and member of the Celestial Outsiders. He is the group's investigator and Intel. He was a former journalist that try to make it big in his old job and had some big scoop on a lead. But turn out to be a dead end and was fired. He comes off shy and nervous but is good when spying and doing some digging up on the case he is on.
