here's my latest entry for the RIFT contest.
this one is AIR. i thought it would be cool to have a final boss that could control all the kinds of winds, that's why he has this compass rose on his chest, to represent the 8 winds. i drew eight arms with a hand fan each. i though it would be a cool way to control the eight winds. also, one of my fav parts is how the dress becomes a twister destroying everything he finds. another detail i like is that in the arm pads there are the classic representation of the "wind blowing".
anyways, hope you like this one, took some days to paint and it was done using photoshop. no refs or textures, just custom brushes.
