Have you played around with Prismacolor pencils? I've gone fully digital now but I used to use them for my colorings. Here's an example.

Very nice!
I've never even heard of a "Prismacolor."
How does it differ from a regular colored pencil?

Prismacolor pencils are wax based. They lay down smoother, have more vibrant colors and blend well.

They work more like colored pencils than crayons. They're harder to describe than I thought they would be heh.
I've mixed them with Prismacolor markers to good effect also; however, Prismacolors aren't exactly cheep. If you have the cash and don't need them immediately I would suggest using dickblick.com. You can get a decent discount there especially if you buy larger sets. But I wouldn't suggest buying a big set unless you find that you REALLY like them and you see yourself using them frequently. I used them back when I drew "anime" some time ago and I found that I used "peach" and "light peach" a lot.
And I find myself rambling again, sorry about that...

Fair enough, I stand corrected. Sounds very makeshift, but yer "it really worked out!"
In that case; thank you, leather & electrical tape...

Easy to remove, easy to clean, solid and just flexible enough to prevent joint atrophy. I should patent that thing.

Duct tape is too sticky and leaves residue. Not good for medical purposes unless you really need to

Then you simply wrap the premade cast in duct tape. Residue is no longer a problem. It adds strength and the 'manly' look. And then doodle ponies on for a 20% cooler cast.

Sounds like a challenge
Ok fine, I'll give it a try... hmm... (Not to say I am an atheist, or consider my views hateful)
Why does Pinkie Pie have a cross round her neck? Ponies are quadrupeds (& hexapods for alicorns/pegasi) but the cross is designed for bipeds. For a pony to stand on the cross & to spread their arms like that'd be almost impossible... It'd therefore serve no purpose.
If she has a cross... Does that mean ponies execute one another? Why wear that, as a symbol around their necks? If it's got something to do with humanity, why not lyra? Jesus died for 'our' sins, not the other animals of this planet (or imaginary ponies) it'd seem...
Also in regards to below:
"To these folks I prescribe a regular diet of hugs." -Joe below.
"Consider accepting the fact that people's view points will occasionally differ from your own without getting butt-hurt over it. " -Joe on Redeemer.
Again, I state that he has no evidence about me being 'butt-hurt'. Nor does he have evidence that I don't accept other peoples view points. This kind of name calling/assumptions/ad-hominem doesn't seem to be very 'hugs' like.

Actually, I thought of another way. The diamond dogs are fairly bipedal, maybe the ponies execute them?*
So yer, maybe Pinkie's real into killing diamond dogs?... So she carries a symbol of a cross to.... remind her of all the good killings, the ponies, have done? So yer. Crosses are (possibly) kinda dark, when not combined with Jesus's sacrifice**.
*But maybe the cross should be made, to accommodate their normally long arm length & short legs. (Unless you put the pins though the middle of their arms, ouch)
**Not that the dark'ness' of Jesus's sacrifice is directly relevant here... (Or that it isn't thought of as dark/not-dark/somewhere-in-between/something-else by some people)

I didn't bring cupcakes into this. (Other than, the observation that, including executions into the show/mlp-fandom is also 'dark'.)
The fact it is also Pinkie Pie here, would seem a coincidence.... Maybe this picture is an aftermath from 'A dog & pony show'. Where pinkie is imagining the Joy, of the dogs oncoming executions...
(Silly idea, maybe the holes of the Changlings is from an Iron-maiden in this history of this version of dark equestria, this could be an expansion on the 'Joy' series)

Seems legit? Except, that I made it clear, what I said was speculation. Or an attempt to consider an appropriate context for this image...
Well if everypony was smiling, then yes, the element of laughter would be pleased... In this weird world where Pinkie Pie runs around with a cross around her neck. (Despite, it only working really for Diamond dogs & adolescent dragons. Let alone, executions & crosses never appearing in the show before.)

Soniclink137 In reply to byter75 [2012-10-06 12:01:30 +0000 UTC]
Yes, because I'm sure the element of laughter that wants to see everypony smile would certainly gain joy from executions. Seems Legit.

It usually comes from a need.
A need to feel secure in the world the person crafts as a defense against what they don't understand. Some folks are terrified by the idea that they don't understand their world, and so they see people who see it in a way that differs from their own view as a threat.
To these folks I prescribe a regular diet of hugs.
